Building a house while living overseas  can be a mammoth task in itself but I was able to have complete confidence in Cox joinery team. Mikes quality product design recommendations and attention to details are outstanding.

With food, cooking and entertaining being such a huge part of our family life, building a dream kitchen, scullery and laundry in our new home was not a task to be taken lightly. Our kitchen is certainly the heart of our home and Mike took on the project and made the whole process so easy.  Design, communication, working with our budget, execution and delivery, the whole journey was faultless. His attention to detail is amazing, every visitor to our home comments on how beautiful the craftsmanship is. Mike worked with our budget, my hundreds of 'pinterest' photos and totally exceeded our expectations. There isn't a thing I'd change and if we ever built again, we'd choose to work with Cox Joinery.

Taupo NZ

In 2016 we began the design and construction of our new home in Taupo. Part of this process was deciding on a joiner to build and install our planned quality kitchen. In mind we had three joiners available who were producing excellent work. On talking to Mike it became very apparent his enthusiasm, skill and knowledge in working with timber, modern materials and hardware were what we wanted. One of the major advantages in working with Mike, was that the person we were talking to, planning with and getting advice from, was the tradesman that was going to build our kitchen. This was very important, as at no stage was there any misinterpretation or misunderstanding. Early in the design stage Mike constructed an effective mock up to represent the detail proposed. He was receptive to our plan and ideas, but at the same time willing to offer alternative suggestions from his wealth of knowledge. Along with the kitchen we then had Mike craft two bathroom vanities and our laundry unit. The finished kitchen, bathroom vanities and laundry look amazing, work incredibly well and have a true quality finish. We would not hesitate in recommending Mike Cox Joinery to anyone wanting high quality joinery.
